High Risk Melanoma Clinic is currently recruiting patients in Westmead Hospital.
If the patient meets the following inclusion criteria (any of these):
2 x primary invasive melanomas
1 x primary invasive melanoma + Family history (≥ 3 first or second degree relatives)
1 x primary invasive melanoma + Dysplastic naevus syndrome (≥100 moles + ≥ 6 dysplastic naevi)

This clinic is designed to review patients every 3-6 monthly to detect any changes in each moles. On the initial visit, 16 segmented images of the patient’s body will be taken using specialised mole mapping camera. When there are any suspicious moles, the doctor will take closer look at the moles and take magnified images of these moles for monitoring.
